Estimator, Military Construction

We're looking for an experienced estimator to take the lead on bids and proposals for our manufacturing, power, and energy construction projects. If you are an individual who is passionate about delivering high-quality projects and possesses the skills and expertise we are looking for, join our team of professionals and help us continue to exceed our clients' expectations.
Reach out to subcontractors and suppliers, review their bids, and make sure everything lines up and stays competitive
Develop options and recommend the best value based on cost, quality, engineering, and materials
Build and keep strong relationships with owners, consultants, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers
Support the operations team on awarded jobs, from pricing change orders to resolving contract issues
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience with pre-construction and estimating software
Ability to put together accurate proposals with minimum supervision
Clear communication skills, both written and verbal, to explain inclusions, exclusions, and clarifications with owners and subcontractors
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management preferred
