Occupational Therapist (OT) Department Lead / Supervisor – $5,000 Sign‑On Bonus Eyas Landing – Avondale is seeking a skilled and compassionate clinic‑based Occupational Therapist (OT) Department Lead in Chicago, IL . About The Role As an Occupational Therapist (OT) Department Lead , you will provide occupational therapy to children and families while overseeing a team of Occupational Therapists. You will foster each child's sensory processing, motor coordination, fine motor development, and independence through: Providing individualized and group therapy Implementing client‑centered therapeutic approaches such as DIR/Floortime, IRM, and reflex integration Collaborating daily with physical and speech therapists, and social workers Documenting progress and communicating with families to support continuity of care Providing mentorship, clinical guidance, and performance feedback to Occupational Therapists Compensation & Benefits Competitive Total Compensation: $102,000–111,000 (includes sign‑on bonus) $5,000 Sign‑On Bonus Salary: $80,000–$85,000 Comprehensive Health Coverage (Medical, Dental, Vision) + Life and Disability Insurance Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) Competitive Paid Time Off and holiday allowances Generous 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer contributions Schedule & Location Set Schedule: Monday‑Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm Set Location: 3319 N.
