About the Role Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT) at Blue Bird Day provides occupational therapy to children ages 2-7 years old with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), ADHD, sensory processing disorder, and other neurodiverse needs. The therapist fosters sensory processing and integration, motor coordination, fine motor development, and independence through: Providing individualized and group therapy Implementing client-centered therapeutic approaches such as DIR/Floortime, Intentional Relationship Model (IRM), and reflex integration Collaborating daily with physical and speech therapists, and social workers Documenting progress and communicating with families to support continuity of care Compensation & Benefits Competitive Salary: $72,000-85,000 Comprehensive Health Coverage (Medical Insurance, Dental Insurance, Vision Insurance) + Life and Disability Insurance Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) Competitive Paid Time Off and holiday allowances Generous 401k Retirement Plan with employer contributions Schedule & Location Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8-4:30pm Location: 1233 W.
