Job Title Occupational Therapist (OT) Department Lead / Supervisor Eyas Landing - Avondale is seeking a skilled and compassionate clinic-based OT Department Lead to join our multidisciplinary team of top therapists in Chicago, IL. Eyas Landing offers a unique opportunity to provide therapy through our Merlin Day Academy, a fully integrated educational and therapeutic environment for children ages 6-14 years old with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), ADHD, sensory processing disorder, and other neurodiverse needs. This is an opportunity to provide evidence-based, play-focused pediatric therapy in a collaborative, innovative environment designed to help children thrive. About the Role Provide occupational therapy to children and families. Oversee a team of Occupational Therapists. Provide individualized and group therapy. Implement client-centered therapeutic approaches such as DIR/Floortime, Intentional Relationship Model (IRM), and reflex integration. Collaborate daily with physical, speech therapists, and social workers. Document progress and communicate with families to support continuity of care. Provide mentorship, clinical guidance, and performance feedback to Occupational Therapists to ensure consistency in care delivery and growth.
