About the Role As a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) Department Lead at Eyas Landing, you will provide speech therapy to children and families in our clinic, clients’ schools, and homes while overseeing a team of Speech Therapists. You’ll work with individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) , ADHD , sensory processing disorder , and other neurodiverse needs. You’ll foster each child’s speech, receptive and expressive language, feeding, and swallowing needs through: Providing individualized therapy Implementing therapeutic approaches such as Sequential Oral Sensory (SOS) Approach to Feeding , Get Permission Approach , Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) , and Intentional Relationship Model (IRM) Collaborating daily with occupational and physical therapists, and social workers Documenting progress and communicating with families to support continuity of care Providing mentorship, clinical guidance, and performance feedback to Speech Therapists to ensure consistency in care delivery and growth Compensation & Benefits Competitive Salary: $77,000-$83,000 Comprehensive Health Coverage (Medical Insurance, Dental Insurance, Vision Insurance) + Life and Disability Insurance Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) Competitive Paid Time Off and holiday allowances Generous 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer contributions Schedule & Location Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 10-6:30 pm and Friday, 9-5:30 pm Location: 1409 W.
