About the Role
As a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) Department Lead at Eyas Landing , you will provide speech therapy to children and families in our clinic, clients' schools and homes while overseeing a team of Speech Therapists. You'll work with individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) , ADHD , sensory processing disorder, and other neurodiverse needs. You'll foster each child's speech, receptive and expressive language, feeding and swallowing needs through:
- Providing individualized therapy
- Implementing therapeutic approaches such as Sequential Oral Sensory (SOS) Approach to Feeding, Get Permission Approach, Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC), and Intentional Relationship Model (IRM)
- Collaborating daily with occupational and physical therapists, and social workers
- Documenting progress and communicating with families to support continuity of care
- Providing mentorship, clinical guidance, and performance feedback to Speech Therapists to ensure consistency in care delivery and growth
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive Salary: $77,000-$83,000
