Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) Eyas Landing – Avondale in Chicago, IL is seeking a skilled and compassionate clinic-based Speech Language Pathologist to join our multidisciplinary team of top therapists. This role focuses on providing evidence-based, play-focused pediatric therapy for children ages 6-14 with autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, sensory processing disorder, and other neurodiverse needs. About the Role As a Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist at Eyas Landing, you will foster each child's speech, receptive and expressive language, feeding, and swallowing needs through individualized and group therapy. You will implement therapeutic approaches such as the Sequential Oral Sensory (SOS) Approach to Feeding, Get Permission Approach, Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC), and the Intentional Relationship Model (IRM). You will collaborate daily with occupational and physical therapists, and social workers, documenting progress and communicating with families to support continuity of care. Responsibilities Provide individualized and group therapy sessions. Implement therapeutic approaches including SOS, Get Permission, AAC, and IRM. Collaborate daily with occupational and physical therapists, and social workers. Document progress and communicate with families. Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary: $65,000–80,000 per year.
