Strategic Finance Associate

To support a growing company, the full-time Strategic Finance Associate will deliver strategic insights, manage financial models, and partner with leadership to drive ROI-positive initiatives, with the flexibility to work onsite or remotely. Key responsibilities Own and maintain sales forecasts, financial models, and unit economics for decision-making Collaborate with the Data team to analyze and report core business KPIs and consumer behavior drivers Prepare decision-ready reporting for leadership and investors while ensuring financial accuracy with Accounting Required qualifications 1-3 years of experience in investment banking, consulting, venture capital, private equity, or a similar analytical environment Strong financial modeling skills, including three-statement models and forecasting; advanced Excel fluency required Working knowledge of ROI, LTV/CAC, GAAP, and modern analytics tools such as Tableau or SQL Structured thinker able to balance multiple priorities and translate complex data into decisions Empathetic collaborator who values diverse perspectives and supports teammates with strong analytical skills Virtual Vocations Inc
