Field Technician - Class B CDL Required

Job Description
Job Description
Field Technician - Drive Your Career Forward with Guardian Data!
Travel: 30-50%
You don't need a deep IT background to succeed in this role. As a Field Technician, you are trained to safely collect old computers, hard drives, and electronics from offices, hospitals, schools, and data centers, then prepare them for secure destruction or recycling, all with hands-on training and clear instructions. You work with a team that has your back, learn on the job from experienced technicians, and spend your days out in the field instead of stuck behind a desk. The work is physical but manageable, the days move fast, and you see the results of your effort right away. A Class B license is required because some jobs involve driving larger trucks and mobile shredding vehicles, which allows you to take on higher skill work, earn more, and build a professional credential that increases your value over time.
Guardian is growing, and we are seeking Field Technicians to join our team. We're always looking for talented technicians and drivers to fill current and future opportunities across our network.
Guardian's mission is to responsibly handle the world's IT assets earning the trust of our partners, our people, and our planet. We partner with ITADs, MSPs, Resellers and Value Added Resellers (VARs) to deliver best-in-class onsite asset disposition services. Our NAID AAA certification, NIST-compliant equipment, expertise and trusted processes mean that no one has to worry about a data breach from end-of-life assets
