You will help create a welcoming and professional experience while supporting one of the highest-performing service teams in the region. Your ability to communicate effectively, solve problems, and deliver outstanding customer service will play a vital role in our guests' experience. Key Responsibilities Welcome and assist service guests upon arrival Help coordinate vehicle check-in and service appointments Direct guests to the appropriate Service Advisor Support customer communication throughout the service process Assist with guest needs and service drive operations Maintain a positive and professional atmosphere Support Service Advisors and management with daily operations Contribute to exceptional customer satisfaction results Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people and creating great customer experiences.
