Formed in 2013 and headquartered in Chicago, LivCor manages over 400 Class A and B properties comprising more than 150,000 units across the United States.The VP will lead the strategy, structuring, execution, and placement of financings across single-asset and portfolio transactions, working closely with LivCor executive leadership and coordinating directly with Blackstone capital markets team. This is a highly visible, hands-on role for a capital markets professional combining deep debt product expertise with strong institutional relationships.Key responsibilities include leading CMBS, Fannie/Freddie, bank, and debt fund executions; overseeing the full financing lifecycle for new acquisitions including bridge financing, take-out debt, redevelopment financing, and construction loan financing; managing the company hedging strategy; building and maintaining institutional relationships across investment banks, money center banks, and life companies; and managing and mentoring junior capital markets team members.Ideal candidates have deep debt product expertise in commercial real estate, strong institutional lender relationships, and significant experience in multi-family debt capital markets.Apply for this Position #J-18808-Ljbffr
