About the Role

The Company is in search of a Vice President for its Financial Restructuring practice. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the execution of a wide range of complex engagements, including both debtor-side and creditor-side restructurings, liability management transactions, distressed M&A, refinancings, and capital raises. This role involves significant client exposure, managing junior professionals, and contributing to business development efforts. Key responsibilities include advising on financial restructuring, raising capital, providing distressed M&A advisory services, and supporting complex stakeholder negotiations. The Vice President will also be expected to maintain direct communication with various stakeholders, build client relationships, and mentor junior team members. Applicants for the Vice President position should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and approximately 7-11 years' of experience in restructuring advisory, leveraged finance, investment banking, or a related financial advisory environment. The role requires a candidate with a strong background in transaction execution, advanced financial modeling and valuation skills, and a deep understanding of credit agreements, debt structures, and liability management transactions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading discussions and presentations with senior executives and other stakeholders, as well as the ability to manage multiple engagements in a fast-paced environment. An entrepreneurial mindset, excellent communication skills, and a strong leadership ability are also essential for this role.
