About the Role

The Company is in search of a Vice President to join its Restructuring Investment Banking practice. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to lead the execution of a wide range of complex engagements, including restructurings, liability management transactions, distressed M&A, refinancings, and capital raises. This role involves significant client exposure, managing junior professionals, and contributing to business development efforts. Key responsibilities include advising on both in-court and out-of-court situations, raising debt and equity capital, providing distressed M&A advisory services, and supporting complex stakeholder negotiations. Applicants for the Vice President position should hold a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and have approximately 7-11 years' of experience in restructuring advisory, leveraged finance, investment banking, or a related financial advisory environment. The role requires a candidate with a proven track record in transaction execution, advanced financial modeling and valuation skills, and a strong understanding of credit agreements, debt structures, and liability management transactions. The ideal candidate will be highly proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, possess excellent communication skills, and demonstrate a strong ability to lead and mentor a team. An entrepreneurial mindset and a focus on client development are also essential for this position.
