AI Solution Architect

Location: Chicago, IL (Day 1 Onsite) Experience: 12–18+ years (3–5+ years in GenAI / LLM systems) Skills: Core AI & GenAI, Architecture & Design, LLM-driven workflows, Agentic frameworks, APIs, Cloud Platforms

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced AI Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of enterprise-grade agentic AI platforms and LLM-driven workflows. The ideal candidate will define end-to-end agent frameworks, establish governance guardrails, and partner closely with engineering, security, compliance, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable and responsible AI solutions.

This role requires deep expertise in Generative AI, RAG architectures, agent orchestration, and cloud-native distributed systems, along with strong stakeholder engagement and strategic leadership capabilities.

Required Qualifications

12–18+ years of overall experience in software engineering/architecture
3–5+ years working with Generative AI / LLM-based systems
Strong experience with agentic frameworks (LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel)
Hands-on experience with RAG, vector databases, and embeddings
Experience designing LLM-driven workflows
Strong knowledge of distributed systems and microservices
Proficiency in Python
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Understanding of AI governance and responsible AI practices
Excellent stakeholder communication and architecture leadership skills
