Position Overview

Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a dedicated Medical Call Center Representative to join a dynamic team in California. The Medical Call Center Representative will be responsible for ensuring that patients receive timely and accurate assistance with their inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls from patients and healthcare providers promptly and professionally.
• Assist callers with scheduling appointments, verifying insurance information, and addressing general inquiries.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions in the system.
• Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to resolve patient concerns efficiently.
• Ensure all communication aligns with company policies and healthcare regulations.
• Provide exceptional customer service to enhance patient satisfaction and experience.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to stay updated on industry standards and practices.

Qualifications

• Education requirement is a High School Diploma.
• Previous experience in a call center or customer service role, preferably in a medical environment, is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using computer systems and software for data entry and record keeping.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.

Required Work Hours

1st shift, Monday through Friday, with flexible hours as needed to accommodate business operations.

Benefits

Additional Details

This position offers a maximum and minimum pay rate of $21.00 per hour, providing consistent and reliable compensation for dedicated professionals.
