Job Summary Provide comprehensive financial advice and customized solutions to clients, helping them achieve their financial goals. This role involves triaging client leads, making referrals to business partners based on client needs and asset thresholds, and meeting with clients to review financial and investment goals and recommend appropriate products. Key Responsibilities Plan clients’ short‑ and long‑term financial goals, building comprehensive financial plans with brokerage products, including stocks, bonds, mutual funds, annuities, and banking and money‑managed solutions. Recommend banking and investment strategies aligned with client goals and needs. Triage client requests and refer to appropriate internal service providers based on client needs and asset thresholds. Mitigate and control risk as part of daily activities. Identify and engage potential new clients through referrals or existing clientele. Apply and expand knowledge by completing required licenses and trainings. Required Qualifications Aptitude for obtaining required industry licenses. Self‑disciplined time‑management and capacity management. Experience in cultivating client relationships, assessing needs, and recommending solutions. Ability to create strong peer relationships through effective communication and collaboration. Results‑driven mindset prioritizing client interests in a complex, fast‑paced environment. Multitasking ability and adaptability to new technology or applications. Desired Qualifications Current holder of FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) certification. Pay & Benefits Pay range: $28.85 – $33.65 hourly. Role is compensated with a base salary only, not incentive eligible.
