Technical Support Representative II

Acadian Total Security has an immediate opening for a full-time Technical Support Representative II to join their team in Lafayette, LA.


This position is in-office , Monday-Friday.


Job Summary: Utilizes interpersonal skills to assist the external and internal customers with their needs.

Job Duties:

• Schedules service tickets.
• Troubleshoots service problems with customers via phone.
• Assists the Retention department with saving customers and accounts.
• Manages the main Acadian inbox by sending any changes and customer requests.
• Works within all cellular platforms, freshdesk, textline, etc.
• Manages monthly fire inspections
• Manages all ATS Service queues
• Manages all trouble reports for ATS accounts
• Performs all other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. High School diploma or GED.
2. Must be PC literate with some familiarity with MS Word and Excel.
3. Strong organizational skills.
4. Ability to read and interpret documents such as operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
