Pay Rate: <\/strong> $18.00 \/ HR
\n Schedule: <\/strong>   Flexibility to work either 1st or 2nd shift <\/strong><\/p>\n\n

(M-F) Occasional weekend support required

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Team Lead to oversee quality inspection teams across multiple manufacturing and warehouse locations. This role includes hands-on leadership, project coordination, and regular travel to customer sites where parts are produced or stored. <\/p>\n\n

Team Leads are responsible for setting up projects, managing customer expectations, and ensuring all team members are performing to required standards. This position plays a key role in maintaining communication between customers, inspectors, and internal leadership while ensuring quality and safety compliance at all times. <\/p>\n\n
