Description

• Conduct patient evaluations in both inpatient and outpatient settings, crafting personalized treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
• Implement physical therapy interventions targeting mobility, strength, balance, and overall function.
• Work collaboratively with nurses, physicians, case managers, and other rehabilitation experts to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Provide education to patients and families about therapeutic goals, discharge plans, and home exercise regimens.
• Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, treatments, and patient progress, aligned with facility and regulatory standards.

Education

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or a comparable degree from a recognized program.

Certifications

• State licensure required for Physical Therapist practice.
