Product Offer Manager - Medium Voltage (MV)

We are seeking a highly driven and strategically minded Product Offer Manager - Medium Voltage (MV) to lead the performance, competitiveness, and commercial success of the MV Primary Equipment portfolio. In this role, you will be accountable for financial performance management, pricing governance, market intelligence, offer strategy development, lifecycle leadership, and cross-functional execution across Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, R&D, and Marketing. The ideal candidate combines strong business acumen, technical expertise in MV systems, commercial agility, and a collaborative leadership approach. This position plays a critical role in ensuring that Schneider Electric's MV Primary portfolio remains competitive, profitable, and aligned with our strategic priorities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field with strong technical aptitude. Must have 8+ years of experience in product management, marketing, or a related commercial/technical discipline. Must have strong technical understanding of MV equipment and power distribution systems; experience with Metal-Clad switchgear, protection and control architectures, power monitoring, and digital services is highly preferred. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages for technical, commercial, and leadership audiences. Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across functions and global teams. Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Experience in market research, product launches, and go-to-market strategy is highly desirable.
