You will be working closely with a talented team to deliver a complex software application into operations.The position will primarily support the operations for a software system.Responsibilities:Provide technical direction and requirement transparency across development teamsPerforming requirements management including requirements creation, tracking, flow down, coverage, verification tracking, compliance matrices, etc.Developing test procedures to formally verify system requirements for sell off eventsDecomposing system requirements and collaborating with multi-disciplined, distributed teams to generate efficient and scalable solutionsSupporting the development, implementation, and verification of mission capabilitiesParticipating in the development and execution of program milestones events such as Customer meetings, internal and formal Government testing events, and discrepancy report (DR) review boardsConducting testing events of software solutions and generating Test result documentationSupporting operations of software with tasks such as enterprise test events and user integration and onboardingQualifications:Required:Active TS/SCI ClearanceBachelor’s degree in computer science, systems engineering, IT, or related engineering fieldAt least 7 years of professional experience working in software development or systems engineeringEffective cross-organizational communicator with the ability to work well in a small team, fast paced environmentAbility to develop requirementsAbility to develop test procedures that verify requirementsAbility to develop tracing between requirements, code, and verificationWorking knowledge of Scrum and Agile Software Development MethodologyDesired:Adjudicated PolygraphCurrent IAT Level II or III certification (i.e. Security+, CISSP, or CASP)Demonstrated interpersonal skills with an ability to engage with virtual teamsFamiliarity with Cloud Architectures and deployment requirements for US DoDExperience with using automated tests to sell off formal requirement verificationExperience with government Site Acceptance process and procedureExperience in working with software-defined interfaces that use either XML or JSON to both document and implementExperience with SATCOM or GEOINT systemsDemonstrated business acumen and ability to balance technical requirements with business needsDemonstrated excellent interpersonal skills and engage with virtual teamsDemonstrated business acumen and ability to balance technical requirements with business needsExperience in the operational deployment of multi-product baselines and functionalityExperience with Cameo modeling toolsExperience developing a software architect using digital toolsExperience with DOORS or DOOR Next GenThis position is contingent on funding and may not be filled immediately.
