We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Coordinator to join our growing construction accounting team. The ideal candidate will have experience processing high-volume invoices, maintaining vendor relationships, and ensuring timely and accurate payments. Construction experience is preferred, and experience with Sage 100 Contractor is highly desirable.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of Accounts Payable experience.
Strong understanding of job costing and cost code allocations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
