Key Responsibilities\n

• Regularly communicate with physicians and healthcare professionals to provide updates on client progress, needs, and any concerns regarding treatment plans.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and timely progress notes as per departmental policies, ensuring compliance with regulatory and ethical standards.

• Collaborate with the treatment team in developing comprehensive treatment plans, including effective discharge plans based on detailed psychosocial assessments.

• Counsel clients and provide crisis intervention services, adeptly assessing and addressing emotional and behavioral issues that arise during treatment.

• Engage in consultations with families and support systems to ensure cohesive and coordinated treatment and discharge planning.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be primarily working with individuals who are at various stages of addiction and recovery in our Detox Center. This population often presents a range of challenges, including co-occurring mental health disorders, requiring a tailored approach to counseling and interventions. Your ability to empathize, motivate, and instill hope in clients will be fundamental to their journey toward recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• An active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n
