Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Food Preparation
- Prepare and cook a variety of pizzas according to established recipes and guest preferences
- Hand-stretch dough, apply toppings evenly, and operate pizza ovens efficiently
- Kitchen Operations
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation, including prep areas and ovens
- Monitor inventory for pizza ingredients to ensure freshness and quality
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to deliver timely service during busy shifts
Requirements
- Previous pizza-making or line cook experience is a plus, but not required—training provided for the right candidate
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment with strong attention to detail
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Passion for food and a positive attitude
Schedule
This is a full-time position. Specific shifts and hours will be discussed during the interview process.
