The Full Employment Council, Inc., a leading non-profit employment and training organization is seeking to fill the following positions. BILINGUAL CAREER NAVIGATOR 1 - Position for the 1740 Paseo, KCMO location 1 - position for the 15301 E 23rd, Independence, MO The individual will conduct overviews on FEC programs and financial aid eligibility. The individual will be responsible for outreach and translation services for the Hispanic community, conducting the organization’s outreach efforts targeting current and potential customers at a variety of community venues that includes our targeted populations, and planning outreach activities based on identified needs. The individual will complete training obligations and Individual Training Account (ITA’s), must complete and maintain a database. Requires counseling, or related field experience and experience in career/vocational counseling preferred. Requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in work experience at the leadership or functional level, dependent upon the position. Computer skills are essential, (Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook). Must be able to work in a culturally diverse work environment, must have excellent reference, must be able to pass a background check, must have reliable transportation and auto insurance.
