Temporary Accounts Receivable Specialist

To support financial operations, the part-time Temporary Accounts Receivable Specialist will manage customer payments, resolve discrepancies, and maintain financial records while collaborating with Sales, Customer Service, and Finance teams. Key responsibilities Process electronic deposits and apply customer payments to invoices accurately and timely Maintain proactive communication with customers and internal partners to resolve account inquiries efficiently Analyze payment trends and support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance cash flow Required qualifications Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school Minimum of two years of Accounts Receivable experience Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups) Knowledge of automated financial and accounting systems Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively
