Job Description

• Prepare detailed cost estimates and project proposals for construction projects.
• Analyze project specifications, drawings, and other documentation to determine project requirements.
• Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure estimates align with project goals.
• Identify potential risks and opportunities within project plans and estimates.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of construction materials, labor costs, and industry trends.
• Support the bidding process by preparing and submitting competitive and accurate bids.
• Review and update estimates based on project changes or additional requirements.
• Provide clear and concise communication to internal teams and external partners.

The Successful Applicant

• A strong background in construction and estimating within the business services industry.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret project specifications and requirements.
• Proficiency in estimating software and tools, as well as advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
