Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Outpatient Clinic | Addiction Medicine | Fayetteville, NC

What You'll Do:
\n • Administer medications and accurately document patient care
\n • Monitor patients before and after dosing
\n • Perform medication inventory and reconciliation
\n • Obtain vital signs, TB testing, and other clinical assessments
\n • Assist the Medical Director with patient evaluations and scheduling
\n • Maintain accurate, confidential medical records
\n • Support CARF accreditation and regulatory compliance
\n • Deliver exceptional customer service while greeting patients and answering phones
\n • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to provide compassionate, high-quality patient care

\n

Qualifications:
\n • Active North Carolina Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
\n • Minimum of 1 year of direct patient care experience
\n • Clinical nursing experience preferred
\n • Knowledge of medical terminology and basic nursing practices
\n • Strong communication, customer service, and computer skills
\n • Experience in behavioral health, addiction medicine, outpatient nursing, family practice, corrections, emergency medicine, or community health is a plus
