Job DetailsJob Location: Paducah, KY 42001Position Type: Full TimeGeneral Summary/Purpose The Commercial Relationship Support Manager - Paducah - will provide full administrative support to all Commercial and Business functions. Lead the support specialist team in all sales and relationship management aspects including being the primary client contact to fully support the relationship managers when they are involved in other tasks. Expectations for this position are to provide the highest level of support to both the client and the Relationship Managers. This position includes Team Leader functions for Commercial and Business Portfolio Manager and Support Specialists in (CPMSS) Paducah. Key Duties and Responsibilities #1 Portfolio and Pipeline Management Percentage of time: _45_% Overall portfolio and pipeline management for Commercial and Business lending, including ownership of maturities and renewals. Coordinate workflow between Sales Support staff and Commercial RMs Own the maturity and renewal process for the loan portfolio, including tracking upcoming maturities and assisting with underwriting, processing, and documentation preparation of renewals Assist RMs with addressing exceptions on loans and portfolio Manage collateral exceptions for Commercial and Business RMs, coordinating workflow with Sr. CPMSS Manage covenant tracking and financial reporting requirement process for Commercial and Business RMs Maintain accurate pipeline records by inputting client meetings, interactions, and tasks into CRM system nCino/Salesforce Conduct outbound calling to customers and prospects in support of portfolio retention and pipeline development #2 Commercial Support Team Management and Administration Percentage of time: _45_% Management and administrative functions, serving as the primary liaison between front staff and back-office staff, which includes loan servicing, documentation preparation, loan booking, and follow up of trailing information. Collaborate with Director of Lending Services & Sales Support (DLSSS) and Director of Commercial Services to manage reporting and productivity across the Commercial and Business Sales team Onboard and train new CPMSS teammates Serve as a designated Sales Support teammate and subject matter expert for software/platform testing and training and process/project implementation Coordinate workflow between Sales Support staff and other departments including but not limited to Loan Operations, Credit Administration, Credit Services, Treasury Services. Assist RMs with the client onboarding experience for loans and deposits, collaborating with Commercial and Business teams on the overall client experience Process wires and other operational tasks for clients Coordinate client gifts and promotions for RMs Participate in community involvement activities in support of market and sales functions #3 Loan Production Support Percentage of time: _10_% Assist with new loan production as needed, providing support to Commercial RMs at all stages of the loan process. Provide assistance to Commercial RMs in all stages of new loan production as needed Collaborate with CPMSS to review loan documentation, renewals, modifications, appraisals, and title work. Order appraisals, title work, flood certificates, etc., and collect pertinent documentation and information from clients to support the loan process Assist with entering information into the business loan platforms and gather and organize client documents on RM shared drive and loan systems for booking Collaborate with loan processors, underwriters, and credit analysts through underwriting Print and assemble loan packages in collaboration with central document preparation, notarize documents for client packages, and attend loan closings as needed QualificationsEducation, Training and Skills Required ____ Limited training normally acquired through high school education
