The Clinical Nurse Manager of Obstetrics will oversee daily operations for a busy Mother Baby and Postpartum department within a comprehensive Women’s Services platform. This leader will collaborate closely with OB physicians, midwives, lactation consultants, and ancillary departments to ensure seamless care transitions from delivery through discharge. With clear operational ownership, the manager will influence evidence-based practice, monitor performance metrics, strengthen patient safety initiatives, and mentor charge nurses and frontline staff.
