Job Summary As a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) at Catalyst Physician Group, you'll be a vital part of our team, helping our communities thrive by providing direct patient care and supporting clinical operations. You will see approximately 15–25 patients per day and have in‑office support as well as Catalyst support teams including 24/7 care team support, referral coordinators, and more. Role And Responsibilities Functions independently to perform a broad range of medical services including, but not limited to the following: Providing direction, coordination, and evaluation of patient care delivery Patient assessment Age‑appropriate history and physical Diagnosing and treating acute and chronic conditions Ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests such as lab work and X‑rays relative to a patient’s specific needs Annual exams Educating patients on disease prevention and positive health and lifestyle choices Documenting encounters in the Athena EMR Minimum Qualifications And Requirements Current Texas license and certification Graduate of an accredited NP/PA program Experience as an NP or PA in an outpatient clinic setting Competent with electronic medical records (EMR) systems Ability to exercise a high degree of initiative, judgment, discretion, and decision‑making Preferred Experience 1–3 years related experience preferably in an Internal Medicine or Primary Care outpatient setting Athena EMR experience Competitive Benefit Package Compensation commensurate with experience Uncapped Bonus Program Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance 401(k) with employer match Health Savings Account options Paid Holidays and PTO Referral Programs Short/Long term disability Insurance Annual CME allowance Malpractice costs covered TX license fee covered DEA cost covered At Catalyst, we believe in the power of relationships.
