Why Join This Team? $45–$48/hour for candidates with 1+ years of experience Compensation for new graduates will be determined based on their qualifications and level of experience Supportive and collaborative rehabilitation environment Opportunity for professional growth and hands-on clinical experience Meaningful patient relationships and the satisfaction of seeing progress firsthand Welcoming environment for both experienced clinicians and new graduates Responsibilities As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will: Implement treatment programs developed by the supervising Physical Therapist Provide therapeutic exercises and functional activities based on individual patient goals Assist patients with mobility, gait, balance, strength, endurance, and functional training Monitor patient responses to treatment and communicate changes to the supervising PT Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, mobility, safety, and continued progress Document treatments and patient progress accurately and efficiently Collaborate with PTs and other members of the interdisciplinary healthcare team Encourage and motivate patients throughout their rehabilitation journey Provide safe, compassionate, and patient-centered care Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant in California Strong communication and interpersonal skills Compassionate, dependable, and committed to quality patient care Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative clinical team Experienced PTAs with 1+ years of experience are encouraged to apply New graduates are also welcome and will be considered Why Carmichael, California?
