Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Licensed Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant (PT/PTA) in good standing
• Previous experience working with K-12 students in schools or pediatric settings preferred
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Knowledge of IEPs, adaptive equipment, and assistive technology a plus
• Ability to manage a varied caseload efficiently in a dynamic school environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement therapy interventions tailored to students' unique needs
• Conduct assessments and contribute to IEP development, ensuring compliance with district and state requirements
• Document progress, prepare reports, and maintain thorough student records
• Provide guidance and education to teachers, families, and staff
