Step into an engaging contract opportunity as a full-time Physical Therapist supporting K-12 students for the upcoming school year. This dynamic position, based near Leominster, MA, runs from August through December 2026 with potential for renewal. Work closely with a multi-disciplinary team in a school-based environment where your expertise is valued and your impact on student well-being is immediate. Key Qualifications:

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT) in Massachusetts
• Prior experience with pediatric or K-12 populations, either in schools or outpatient settings
• Ability to assess, develop, and implement individualized therapy plans for students with diverse needs
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with teachers, staff, and families
• Familiarity with IEP processes and school-based documentation preferred
• Open to new graduates with clinical experience in pediatric physical therapy or related internships
• Must be organized, adaptable, and able to travel between sites if needed

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct assessments, develop treatment goals, and deliver direct and consultative physical therapy services
• Collaborate with classroom teachers, special educators, and other providers to maximize student access and participation
• Provide training and resources for families and staff on mobility, adaptive equipment, and safe physical management
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to the IEP process, progress reports, and ongoing evaluations
• Support a positive, inclusive educational environment for students of all abilities
