Marketing Liaison - CHAA Home Care
Are you an accomplished healthcare marketing professional with a proven track record of building and leveraging strong business relationships? We’re seeking a Marketing Liaison to bring your expertise, network, and drive to our team, focusing on connecting with social workers, case managers, and discharge planners in Queens, The Bronx, and Brooklyn.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage key referral sources at hospitals, rehabilitation facilities, and other healthcare organizations.
- Build and nurture lasting relationships with decision-makers, ensuring they trust and rely on our services for their CHAA home care needs.
- Educate professionals about our comprehensive CHAA services and how we can support their patients’ journeys.
Who We’re Looking For
- Proven track record: A minimum of three years in CHAA marketing and business development, with established relationships in the NYC healthcare market.
- Dynamic personality: Ambitious, empathetic, growth-oriented, and confident in networking and relationship-building.
- Knowledge and expertise: Familiarity with the CHAA home care landscape and a sharp eye for opportunities to expand your book of business.
