Compliance Procurement Analyst

Supporting the vendor management lifecycle, the full-time Compliance Procurement Analyst will manage RFPs, onboarding, and renewals, while collaborating with Finance and Compliance to ensure effective contracting and risk evaluation. Key responsibilities Independently coordinate vendor RFPs, onboarding, renewals, and amendments, ensuring timely completion of workflows Conduct thorough spend analysis and prepare negotiation support materials to identify cost savings opportunities Perform vendor risk assessments and maintain accurate vendor risk profiles, escalating concerns as needed Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred 3-5+ years of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience 3+ years of healthcare/insurance regulatory compliance experience required Strong understanding of healthcare laws and regulations with proven experience interpreting them Process Improvement/Lean/Six Sigma training and experience preferred
