Job Title: IT Procurement Analyst

Location: West Palm Beach, FL (Hybrid – Tues–Thurs onsite)

Duration: Contract-to-Hire

Overview:

We are seeking an IT Procurement Analyst to support a critical operational gap within their IT organization. This individual will play a key role in managing procurement workflows, reducing backlog, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations during a leadership transition. This is a high-impact role with immediate visibility, requiring someone who can step in quickly, bring structure, and operate with minimal oversight.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage IT procurement lifecycle including sourcing, quoting, and purchasing laptops and equipment
• Work through a high-volume backlog of tickets related to equipment provisioning, shipping, and transfers
• Track and manage asset movement between employees (onboarding/offboarding/internal transfers)
• Coordinate shipping and receiving of IT equipment and distribute laptops to end users
• Partner with internal teams to streamline procurement and ticketing processes
• Utilize Jira (internally built system) to manage and resolve ticket queues
• Support and learn existing workflows from current lead to ensure continuity during leave
• Collaborate across 5 supporting teams under IT operations

Required Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience with IT procurement processes (ordering, quoting, vendor coordination)
• Experience working within SAP (SAP ByDesign preferred, but open to any SAP version)
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage and prioritize backlog effectively
• Experience working in a ticketing system (Jira preferred)
• Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, under-resourced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with SAP
• Familiarity with Yardi or similar real estate/ERP platforms
• Spanish-speaking ability (plus)
