Pay: $18/hr

Schedule: Monday through Saturday

BG Staffing is seeking a personable and motivated Apartment Leasing Consultant to support a thriving community in Arlington, TX 76002. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast‑paced environment, and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service.

·        Greet and assist prospective residents with tours and leasing information

·        Provide excellent customer service to current and future residents

·        Process applications, prepare leasing documents, and maintain accurate records

·        Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and manage office communication

·        Assist with marketing efforts and community outreach

·        Support daily office operations to ensure a smooth leasing process

·        Maintain a professional and welcoming office environment

·        Previous leasing or customer service experience preferred

·        Strong communication and interpersonal skills

·        Professional appearance and demeanor

·        Ability to multitask and stay organized

·        Comfortable using basic computer and property management software

·        Reliable, punctual, and team‑oriented
