What You’ll Do Data Systems & Analysis Designing and implementing data systems of high availability and quality based on different department or end users’ information needs and views Conduct complex data analysis, identify patterns and trends, and interpret data integrity requirements to identify opportunities for improvement for multiple functional areas Utilize statistical analysis and data visualization tools to assist in decision‑making processes and to improve business operations Reporting & Data Management Develop, maintain, and share comprehensive data reports and visualizations to communicate the results of data analysis Provide proactive and reactive data management support and training to users, along with effective data analysis techniques Provide insight, support, and documentation for data management policies, procedures, and standards, while collaborating with relevant department leads to ensure accurate implementation of data analysis models Build a corporate data structure aimed at eliminating data silos by consolidating or aggregating data into a single source Security, Compliance & Governance Advise on the implementation of data security measures to safeguard sensitive information from unauthorized access, unsafe or inappropriate sharing, transfer, or use Work closely with the Information Security team to ensure the effective deployment of these measures for enhanced data protection Conduct regular tests and evaluations to assess data security, compliance, privacy, performance, and integrity Collaborate with relevant stakeholders, including the Information Security team, to establish robust testing processes that help maintain overall data health and meet required standards What You Bring Minimum of 3 years of related technical experience Proficiency in optimizing data systems, creating user‑friendly interfaces, and performing comprehensive data analysis to support decision‑making Experience with programming languages and data analysis tools such as Python or R Strong knowledge of database structure languages, including SQL or SQL/PSM Familiarity with database management and data analysis best practices Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js A degree in a computer discipline is highly preferred Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and interpret large datasets with accuracy and attention to detail Self‑starter with a collaborative attitude and ability to work across organizational boundaries Strong work ethic with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines independently Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex, data‑driven insights to non‑technical stakeholders Why You’ll Love Working Here We’re more than a credit union — we’re a community Supportive culture with opportunities for growth Mission‑driven team that puts people first Opportunity to directly impact decision‑making across the organization through data systems and insights Additional Requirements Good credit standing (verified prior to interview) Successful background check and drug screening upon offer Equal Opportunity Employer We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees. #J-18808-Ljbffr
