Warehouse Lead

Are you a natural leader with a "get-it-done" attitude? We are seeking a motivated Warehouse Lead to join our fast-paced operations in the Memphis metro area. In this role, you won’t just be managing tasks; you’ll be coaching a team, ensuring safety protocols are met, and driving efficiency across the floor. Whether you prefer mornings, evenings, or weekends, we have shifts available to fit your lifestyle.  

salary: $41,600 - $49,920 per year
shift: First
work hours: 6 AM - 4 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Act as a coach and mentor to floor staff; delegate daily tasks and provide hands-on training for new hires.
• Inventory Integrity: Oversee cycle counting and inventory control processes to ensure 100% accuracy.
• Operations: Navigate Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to track shipments and manage workflow, oversee shipping and receiving areas
• Safety First: Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
• Performance: Drive productivity in a high-volume environment while maintaining high quality-control standards. Act as a coach and mentor and train new employees.

The essential functions of this role include:

• working in a smoke free environment
• wearing steel toe shoes

• manual lifting up to 50lbs
• standing for 8 hours at one time
