AEM Technician Lead

Job Title

Job Overview: Pay Range: $75hr - $80hr

Requirement/Must Have:

• 8 to 12+ years of experience in digital platforms, with 5+ years in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
• Strong expertise in AEM Sites, Assets (DAM), Forms, Headless CMS, Content Fragments, and GraphQL.
• Experience with AEM Core Components and Editable Templates.
• Hands-on development experience in Java/J2EE, Spring, Servlets, and JavaScript (ES6+).
• Experience with React or Angular frameworks.
• Deep understanding of Sling, OSGi, and JCR repository.
• Experience with AEM workflows, content modeling, personalization, and multi-site management.
• Hands-on experience with Adobe Analytics, Adobe Launch, and Adobe Experience Cloud integrations.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub, and Maven.
• Experience with cloud platforms including AWS or Azure.
• Experience with AEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS).

Experience:

• Experience leading enterprise-scale AEM implementations.
• Experience building headless CMS solutions using GraphQL and JSON APIs.
• Experience integrating AEM with enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Experience with cloud-native architecture, DevOps processes, and automated deployments.
• Experience in performance optimization, scalability, and CDN strategies.
• Preferred experience in Financial Services or Insurance industry.
• Preferred experience in large-scale, multi-region AEM implementations.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end architecture and implementation of AEM-based digital platforms.
• Design scalable and reusable solution patterns using Content Fragments, Experience Fragments, and GraphQL APIs.
• Design and develop AEM components, templates, workflows, and services using Sling Models, OSGI, and HTL.
• Build and manage AEM Sites and Assets (DAM) for enterprise content and digital asset management.
• Integrate AEM with Adobe Analytics, Adobe Launch, and other Experience Cloud solutions.
• Lead development of headless CMS solutions leveraging GraphQL and modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Define and implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps processes for AEM environments.
• Manage AEM Author, Publish, and Dispatcher environments aligned with best practices.
• Drive modernization initiatives including migration from on-prem AEM to AEM Cloud Service.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to distributed development teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, marketing teams, and architects to align technical solutions with business goals.
• Own technical governance, code quality, scalability, and platform performance.
