Key Responsibilities Assist occupational therapists in the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans for patients with a range of physical, emotional, and cognitive impairments Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify patients' strengths, weaknesses, and needs Design and implement occupational therapy interventions to improve patients' activities of daily living, cognitive function, and overall well-being Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and maintain accurate and up-to-date records Provide education and support to patients, families, and caregivers to promote healthy habits and long-term independence Requirements Current certification as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Commitment to providing exceptional patient care and customer service Why Join Us At AdviniaCare, we believe that our caregivers are the heart of our organization.
