As the first face residents, families, guests, and vendors see, you'll play an important role in shaping the daily experience of our community while helping coordinate transportation services that keep residents connected to the people and activities they love.

What You'll Do

• • Create exceptional first impressions by delivering Legendary Hospitality to every resident, family member, guest, and vendor.
  • Serve as the hub of daily community operations, balancing front desk responsibilities, incoming calls, resident needs, and administrative priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Support the Business Manager by managing multiple administrative and operational responsibilities while maintaining exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Coordinate resident transportation by managing schedules, appointments, community outings, and last-minute changes with efficiency and professionalism.
  • Partner closely with Drivers and community leaders to quickly solve scheduling challenges and ensure transportation services run smoothly while keeping residents at the center of every decision.
  • Adapt to changing priorities throughout the day, responding to unexpected requests with a positive attitude, sound judgment, and a solutions-focused mindset.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in reception, hospitality, customer service, or administrative support preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• A heart for serving others and creating meaningful experiences.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with professionalism and attention to detail.
• Comfortable using computer systems and scheduling tools.
• Senior living, healthcare, or hospitality experience is a plus.
