Job Title: Dental Front Office Coordinator Location: McKinney, TX We are a small, patient-focused dental practice in McKinney, TX, seeking an experienced and personable Dental Front Office Coordinator to join our close-knit team. This role is ideal for someone with a great personality, strong organizational skills, and the ability to think on their feet. About the Practice: 1 General DDS 1.5 Hygiene 1 Front Office Dental Assistants Specialty providers that come into the practice Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday – Full Day Friday – Half Day Wednesday – Primarily administrative, with weekly patient and hygiene overflow. This day is expected to transition into a patient day in the near future. Responsibilities: Greet and assist patients with warmth and professionalism Manage scheduling, confirmations, and patient flow Verify and submit insurance claims with a strong understanding of PPO plans, both in and out of network Handle patient financial arrangements and treatment coordination Support specialty providers and coordinate specialty appointments within the practice Maintain accurate patient records and ensure HIPAA compliance Collaborate with the dental team to ensure smooth daily operations Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of dental front office experience Strong knowledge of insurance verification, billing, and navigating in/out of network PPOs Excellent communication and organizational skills Friendly, dependable, and proactive with a strong work ethic Ability to adapt and learn new processes quickly Compensation & Benefits: Paid Holidays 401(k) Paid Time Off (PTO) Profit Sharing If you are an experienced dental front office professional who takes pride in delivering excellent service and enjoys working in a small, team-oriented practice, we’d love to hear from you. #J-18808-Ljbffr
