Buyer - Day Shift

Buyer – Ingrasys Technology USA, Inc. Locations: San Jose, CA (temporary until move to Sunnyvale, CA in late 2026). The role is on‑site. Primary Responsibilities Obtain quotations and review bids for non-key components (C parts) Place POs, expedite and de‑expedite material per changes of MRP schedules Follow up on material shortages and take initiative on secondary sourcing Lead time validation on material Resolve invoicing issues and discrepant material problems Negotiate price for assigned items or commodities Manage excess inventory Drive cost reduction on materials Perform additional responsibilities as needed to support business objectives Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or a related discipline 1+ years of material experience or relevant work experience Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Strong communication and collaborative skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word & Excel) English proficiency required; Mandarin proficiency a plus Job Type: Contract to Full‑time Pay Rate: $29/hr – $33/hr Ingrasys Technology USA, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
