Responsibilities Field‑based sales role focused on quoted repairs, replacements, and small‑sized commercial projects involving plumbing systems. The position works directly with facility managers, maintenance supervisors, and ownership groups to identify system issues and recommend practical, cost‑effective solutions. This role does not include selling preventive maintenance agreements. Qualifications Minimum three years of field trade experience required. At least one year of sales experience in the same or a similar field preferred. Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related discipline preferred. In‑depth knowledge of industrial/commercial trade and client relations. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ability to be trained on company‑specific software.
