Job Title: Staff Accountant
- Prepare and process customer invoices accurately and timely
- Monitor and manage accounts receivable balances and collections
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
- Review and reconcile credit card transactions and expense reports
- Maintain organized and accurate financial records and documentation
- Assist with month-end close and reporting processes
- Communicate with clients, vendors, and internal teams regarding accounting matters
- Support general ledger activity, bookkeeping tasks, and additional accounting functions as needed
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting (required)
- Minimum of 2+ years of accounting experience (no entry-level candidates)
- MUST have a minimum of 2 years experience with QuickBooks
- Strong experience with accounts receivable and reconciliations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
