Senior AI Product Manager – Technology & Experience (TechEx) West Monroe is hiring a Senior AI Product Manager to lead the design and delivery of AI-enabled operational intelligence solutions within client environments. This is a hands-on product role focused on shipping real software, partnering closely with engineers and stakeholders to deliver systems that drive measurable business impact. About The Role You will own product outcomes from problem definition through deployment and adoption, working side‑by‑side with engineers and client stakeholders. This role is execution-focused—shaping solutions, making tradeoffs, and ensuring what gets built is both technically sound and actively used. What You Will Do Define product strategy and roadmaps that incorporate AI and automation Translate business needs into clear requirements, backlogs, and priorities Partner with engineering to shape technical solutions and tradeoffs Lead Agile delivery from concept to production Deliver AI-powered features (e.g., copilots, workflows, automation systems) Apply AI across the SDLC to improve velocity and quality Drive client engagement, pilots, and adoption Track success metrics (e.g., adoption, cycle time, business outcomes) What We’re Looking For Product leader who enjoys building with engineers Comfortable in fast‑paced, client‑facing environments Focused on adoption and real‑world impact Able to balance business and technical tradeoffs Qualifications Required: 5+ years in product management, consulting, or related roles Experience delivering software products in client environments Strong experience with Agile delivery and engineering collaboration Strong communication across technical and non‑technical audiences Willingness to travel (30%) Technical & AI Fluency Ability to engage on architecture and technical tradeoffs Experience with AI/LLMs in products (e.g., OpenAI, Claude, Vertex AI) Familiarity with AI‑assisted development and SDLC tooling Leverage AI tools to accelerate analysis, synthesize complex information, and support data‑driven recommendations for clients, exercising sound judgment in evaluating outputs. Apply AI technologies (e.g., generative AI, automation tools, data models) to enhance insights, improve delivery efficiency, and elevate the quality of client outcomes. Preferred Experience with workflow automation, data platforms, or operational systems Prior forward‑deployed or consulting product experience Track record of driving adoption and measurable outcomes Why This Role Own products end-to-end—from idea to adoption Build and deploy real systems in real environments Apply AI in practical, high‑impact ways Help shape how West Monroe delivers AI‑enabled solutions at scale Compensation & Benefits Based on pay transparency guidelines, the salary range for this role can vary based on your proximity to one of our West Monroe offices: Seattle or Washington, D.C. – $125,500—$147,600 USD Los Angeles – $131,500—$154,700 USD New York City or San Francisco – $137,400—$161,700 USD A location not listed above – $119,500—$140,600 USD Employees (and their families) are covered by medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance.
