COMPENSATION

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Contact prospective customers through phone, email, and text Qualify leads based on company guidelines Schedule appointments for sales representatives Maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems Follow up with potential clients Meet daily and weekly appointment goals Coordinate schedules with the sales team Provide excellent customer service during every interaction

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

High school diploma or equivalent Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong customer service and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and stay organized Comfortable using Microsoft Office and CRM software Self-motivated with strong time management skills Previous appointment setting or customer service experience is a plus but not required

NICE TO HAVE

Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms Inside sales or lead generation experience Call center experience Strong follow-up and relationship-building abilities
