In this role you will provide exceptional customer service, perform skilled specimen collections and be the face of the company. In addition, you will be provided opportunities for continuous growth within the organization.Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm; every other Saturday 8am - 12pmWork Location: Severna Park, MDPay Range: $15.00 - $26.00 per hourAll job offers will be based on a candidate's skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data.PST's may be eligible for participation in the PST Incentive Plan, which pays a quarterly bonus based on performance metricsBenefits: Employees regularly scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, 401(k), Paid Time Off (PTO) or Flexible Time Off (FTO), Tuition Reimbursement and Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
